1. Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Description

AIPCRPLEXITT provides AI-powered workflow automation services including:

• Document creation and management automation
• Email management and response automation
• Schedule optimization and planning
• Task generation and tracking
• Workflow analysis and optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code or spam
• Interfering with service infrastructure
• Harvesting or collecting user data

3.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content processed through our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your content solely for providing the services.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limitations. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Automatic renewal applies unless canceled before the billing period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Service Level Agreement

5.1 Uptime Commitment

We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

5.2 Support

Technical support is available during business hours through email and our help center. Response times vary by subscription tier.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain our exclusive property.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPCRPLEXITT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seattle, Washington.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify users of material changes through email or in-service notifications.
